We’ll tour you through Evolve Strength in South Edmonton, talk about our training and your goals, and take you through a mini-workout and movement assessment.

60-minute training sessions.

You will receive a science-based program based on your goals with strength training, mobility, and nutrition guidance for long-term results.

Road to results
Daily monitoring and accountability.
Regular monitoring for sustainable results.
Not only will you talk to your trainer in person, but they'll also check in with you outside of the gym to keep you on track.
