We’ll tour you through Evolve Strength in South Edmonton, talk about our training and your goals, and take you through a mini-workout and movement assessment.
2) Custom programs
No cookie-cutting here.

You'll get a science-based program with strength training, mobility, and nutrition guidance for long-term results, all in 60-minute sessions.
3) Road to results
Daily monitoring and accountability.
​
Not only will you talk to your trainer in person, but they'll also check in with you outside of the gym to keep you on track and answer questions.
