Luke has been excellent to work with over the 6 weeks I’ve been training with him. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, and has provided all the push and motivation I’ve needed to get into a regular workout routine. He’s easy to contact and is flexible on scheduling. Regular check ins throughout the week keep me in check, and I’m already starting to see some results. Definitely recommend!
