Meet Luke
Luke is the Owner of Shift to Strength. He graduated from a Personal Fitness Trainer undergraduate program and received his diploma in 2020, then achieved his CSEP-CPT certification shortly after.
He's been training for over three years and has helped clients lose weight, gain muscle, and, most importantly, who want to enhance their health and overall quality of life through exercise.
